Asher Pet Products warrants that all of its components are free from defects.

Each of these products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year to the original purchaser.

Asher Pet Products will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequent losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part; nor shall it be liable for damages or injury to person or property resulting from misuse or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.

The warranty part, along with proof of purchase, MUST be presented to Asher Pet Products when making a claim for replacement.

Shipping of the part to and from the manufacturer is the responsibility of purchaser.

Manufacturer maintains sole discretion in determining whether a part is under warranty, and whether is will be repaired or replaced.

No other warranty, expressed or implied, including merchant-ability, applies to the product component, nor is any person or Asher Pet Products authorized to assume any other warranty.

Asher Pet Products does not assume responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the product, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation
